Are NextMail messages archived?
NextMail automatically removes messages on a first in first out basis that are older than 90 days and that exceed the 100 message limit. NextMail default setting sends the purged messages to your E-mail address. You can also download & archive messages for long term storage at www.nextmail.com.
How do I know my NextMail message was received?
If you send a mobile-to-mobile message, you have two options of "Listen-to" verification. First, you may receive a "Listen-to" text message notification as each individual by name and time and date listen to your message. If this might be intrusive, you may elect to simply go to your NextMail.com secure website, log in, and select the sent message. It will show you via the Listen to icon who has NOT listened to your message, or select detail, and see who has listened to your message; time and date listened to, and also show any reply via text or voice that you received to your message. If you have created a NextMail message in the field to an email recipient, you will receive a SMS text message acknowledgment the moment the recipient opens and actually listens to your NextMail message.
May I change the Subject Lines to anything I want?
Yes. Many customers select the top 5 to 8 reasons why their mobile workers call into an office and use these as the pre-determined subject lines. In the Email in-box, it will show the Subject Line of the NextMail, as well as who it's from. The "who" can also be customized to include a name, route number, truck number, cellular number or some other identifier. True customization of a senders name or subject line will result in the most efficient use of NextMail's Intelligent Queuing capability.
What is a NextMail Customized Subject Line?
NextMail allows users to pre-determine customizable subject lines that may be selected from their mobile phones contact list, allowing a specific subject line to be sent to a specific recipient, or a group of recipients, allowing them to see in advance who the message is from and what it's about. This allows the recipient the ability to prioritize which message they listen to next based on its subject and level of urgency.
Does NextMail require a Push-to-Talk phone?
No. NextMail works on ANY Sprint handset whether Push-to-Talk (iDEN or Q-Chat), PowerSource/Hybrid, or regular Sprint CDMA cellular service.
How do NextMail Mobile Time Cards work?
With the NextMail Mobile Time Card feature, workers can clock in or clock out from the road just by pushing a button. Their start and end times (and optional location available with NextMail Pro) are captured and saved, with the ability to verify immediately. If needed, a text message can be sent instantly to confirm correct errors or gather more data. Once the data is captured, it is viewed online or imported into a time and attendance system. Unlike other software solutions, NextMail requires no additional cost Data plan, no up-front costs, and requires no minimum term.
